Saving email addresses from body of email

Is it possible, whether through Rules Wizard or another
way, to save email addresses that are in the body of the
emails? I have a whole folder of these and the export to
CSV or Excel won't let me pull the email addresses
seperately. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
