Saving Files to my hard drive because 95% Quota!!!!

I have fo1ders with old emails I need to save to my hard
drive and delte off my outlook page for space. How do I
do that?

I apologize if this question has been asked alot.

Please Help :(

Are these items in an Exchange mailbox? What version of Outlook do you use?
