Saving formating to another file

I have a Project file that I have formatted to look a certain way. This
mainly just
includes different colored and shaped Gantt bars for different outline
levels. I also have built some custom filters. Is it possible to save this
formating to a folder so that any new Project file created in that folder
will automatically have my formating and look the way I want it to? Also is
it possible to save filters to do the same thing, so that any new Project
file will already have these filters built in.

If you investigate Tools > Organizer and also learn about the GLOBAL.MPT
file, I think you will find solutions to your needs.
