Saving mail configuration in OL2003

I have a tedious to reproduce email configuration that consists of 1
Exchange account, 4 POP3 accounts, and a bunch of client-side rules. Is it
possible to back this configuration up so that I don't have to recreate it
whenever I reinstall Windows?
