Saving Messages in Inbox for More than 90 days

This is what I hope is an easy question. I think I'm just looking for a setting.

Currently, messages in my inbox and other mail folders disappear after 90 days. Is there a setting that allows me to override this, so that I can keep messages in my inbox and other folders indefinitely (or until I decide to delete them).

That sure isn't a default setting in Entourage. Are you sure your server
isn't set to auto-archive after 90 days?? That really looks like a
server side issue,

Do you have a schedule that deletes messages? Check Tools > Schedules.
