Saving Newsletter

I created a newsletter with Publisher. Now I want to send
this out via email to employees. What file format do I
save under so it retains the look and they can view and
print the newsletter?

Use .pdfs. If you don't have the luxury of owning Acrobat, download
PrimoPDF. It's a hefty download if you're on dial-up (10MB) but it is a
freebie. Free is my favorite price.

I've found that .pdfs will work for 97+% of the people you're trying to
reach. I send out two newsletters via email this way and out of about 125
subscribers, only two of them can't read the files. I suspect they are using
Acrobat Reader 3.0. Either that or they are, well, clueless. (That sounds
mean but one of them really *is* clueless wsith a computer. The other one
has a old computer is is looking to replace it soon.)
