saving Outlook settings & address book

I am moving Access 97 from my old computer to a new one
that has Windows XP, Works and Office XP. It appears
that I may need to uninstall Works and Office XP, then
install Access 97, then reinstall Works and Office XP.

While I'm fairly comfortable reinstalling Word, Excel,
etc., I'm concerned about Outlook. I don't want to lose
my settings, preferences, archived files, currente emails
and address book. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated!

Although it is not a good idea to mix Office application versions and we do
not recommend it, below is an article that discusses how to run Office XP
and Office 97 components together:
