Saving Publisher Files to BMP or JPEG

Hi,
I have created a publication in MS Publisher but wish to save the format so
I may us it in the body of a Outlook email. How do I save to a BMP or JPEG
format so I may do this? I don't wish to use it as an attachment.

In Publisher 2002-03, file, save as, files of type, scroll down to the image
extensions.
Older versions, select all, copy, paste to MS Paint or some other editing program.
