Saving publisher newsletter to outlook's draft folder

Can the newsletter created in Publisher be directed to the drafts folder of
outlook before releasing to email?

I can drag a publication to the draft folder. I can send it from there to
recipients, it will remain a Publisher file and will arrive to an email
recipient as a Publisher file. The file will remain in the drafts folder until
deleted.
There is no way I have found to send a Publisher file directly to the draft
folder from within the program.

hmm, I see - thanks. I guess I could send it to myself as an email. I just
tried that and the textareas remained editable. I wonder though - if I
foreward it, would it loose anything like background images forwarding it
this way. I'll try that next. If it doesn't, then maybe it will be possible
to also create email stationery for Outlook with a theme tht matches the
newsletter...
