Saving results from a Form to a database

We created a page with a number of the standard fields on it - User Name,
Password, Full Name, etc...
In the form properties we picked Send to Database. The database was created
with a results table. All the fields seem to be mapped correctly but when we
try the page out nothing ever gets written to the table.

Is there another option or permission that needs to be set? We don't seem to
be getting any errors.

Did you publish (Http) the site to a Windows IIS web server that has the FP extensions installed?

Is the database in the fpdb folder? If yes, then have your host check the permissions on the folder.

Yes it is in the fpdb folder.

What permissions should it have?

I had to give read/write access to Internet Guest Account and now it works.
