Saving to Rewritable CD

I need help in saving to a rewritable CD. Whenever I try,
it says drive not ready, insert CD. But CD is in frive.

I have seen this problem is previous versions of

Outlook. Try saving your attachment to your desktop
first, then try sending it to the CD-RW, you should be
fine as long as the media and drive are good and function
properly.
