says product key is wrong it isn't

I have just recieved a Evaluation kit for Publisher but after I install it
and go to use it it says the product key is invaild and to reinstall,I have
done this 4 times and still get the same thing. I have checked the code and
it is correct

I am having the same problem as well. I've tried three times now, but every
time it says the product key in invalid. This really ticks me off because I
need this for a school project! I'm going to call now to see if anyone can
help. I'll post if I find out anything.

Looks like there's no product support for this! What a joke. There's
obviously something wrong. How do they expect us to purchase this if we can't

How can you expect Microsoft to provide full support on a product on which
they have made no money?
They could be providing assistance on a pirated version when they were led
to believe that it was provided for a trial version.
