Scanner and Camera Wizard

I have a scanner and camera wizard which was installed into my Windows XP
computer.
My husband does not seem to have this wizard in his pc. Is it possible to
download and install it from anywhere?

Yes he does and he now informs me that he has found a scanner wizard in his
pc. Thanks anyway.
