Using one note 2007 with all latest updates...
When I try to scan in an image (Insert, Pictures, From Scanner or Camera),
one note displays the scan dialog box, with the scanner present, but when I
click custom insert (the only option to scan, this is the same dialog as Word
2007 and PDF Pro 8), one note immediately comes back with a dialog box of "An
error occurred while aquiring the image" and locks up (you have to use the
task manager to shut it down). This happens every time
The scanning works fine with every other piece of software, even the OCR
software. The same scanner gives you two options, TWAIN which brings up the
Dell scanning software or non TWAIN which brings up differnt scanning
software (maybe windows xp default, I am not sure).
The scanner is an all in one Dell Photo 966.
Any ideas?
