Scanning Issues

Harold

I work with a lot of documents. I would prefer to scan many of the ones I
receive rather than have to retype them.

In Word 2002 when I scan using OCR technology it works pretty well. However,
most paragraphs are seaparted into seaparate pictures. To work with the
text, I then have to go through and remove the individual pictures. That is
a pain. Is there an easier way to remove the pictures from the whole
document without messing up the text or formatting?

Thanks.

By "pictures," I suspect you mean "frames." You can remove the frames by
selecting the entire document and pressing Ctrl+Q.
