I ran the Outlook utility program SCANOST.exe against the local copy of
"Inbox" folder, the only one selected for scanning) and it reported, "The
message with the subject 'Hidden Message' exists in the offline folder file
but not in your mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange Server".
Does anyone know what this means (what the file is)? I have searched the
Microsoft Support Knowledge Base for the exact phrase "hidden message" and
included the MSDN and Technet content with no luck (fyi).
One further detail: The SCANOST log file indicates two instances of "Error
synchronizing view/form" immediately after attempting "Uploading to server"
of some (vaguely specified) object (or objects). This does not really add
anything to the details, but I figured mentioning it might be useful.
