Scheduled automatic synchronize of offine folder with microsoft exchange server

Outlook 2000 SR-1 allowed a remote users to schedule a
dailer to automatically dail the server and download
email and synchronize files at at predetermined intervals.
I can not locte this feature in outlook 2002.

Help.
