Using Outlook 2003 I can't seem to figure out how to do the following
I'm trying to set up an appointment to happen every month on the 15th. If
the 15th lands on a weekend, I want to schedule it for the previous Friday.
(Like a payroll due date)
I'm also trying to schedule an appointment on the 2nd to the last weekday of
the month. (Kinda like payroll too I guess)
