Screen Print SIZE vs Paper Print SIZE

I have the print size for my monitor screen quite large to make for
easy reading. However, whenever I print an email, it prints that
large size too, taking up many pages.

Is there a way to have big print on the screen and small on paper?

I'm using WinXP and Office XP.
