screen resolution

i created a page with my resolution, high, and when viewd
on another computer with a different resolution, the
whole page is not visible. you have to scroll left and
right to view all of it. is it possible to have my
tables resize themselves to fit 100% of all screen
resolutions?

Only if you want the browser to "rearrange" your pages.
Then it can be done using tables set at 100% width.
Keep in mind that the most common screen resolution is
800x600
