Screwy Outlook security

I have just loaded Office XP on some computers in the
system. It seems MS has decided that they are now my
mother and keeps blocking attachments from being sent or
received. I'm trying to send a file to the boss' home
system that I am going to need later and Outlook keeps
telling me it is potentially harmful and has blocked it.
Hell, it's one MS own add ons. So does anyone know how to
change the security settings to get this nagging program
out of my hair? I found a workaround that allows me acces
to attachments sent to me but not how to keep Outlook from
blocking attachments I send. Also the workaround is a
major addition to the registry and would hate to have to
do it on eah computer if there is a simpler way.
