Script in Outlook XP: replace content of the "subject" field with content from"new field"

I have created a new field (concatenation of (subject,date).
I would like to replace the "subject" field of all mails in a folder
with this "new field".
I thought about running a rule that "runs a script".
Anybody has such a script (I believe a VBA program) that replaces the
content of the "subject" field?
