Scroll lock on form

hi
1. i have my Customer Book:Form bound in a tblCustomer
I want to lock the scroll using the mouse, instead i will be
using my txtSearch to find a certain record or my navigation pane.

2.Can anyone help me too on how to write my code in my txtSearch and
cmdRemoveFilter button?
i want to type anything from this txtSearch and press Enter and filter or
show the
related records.

can anyone help me how to accomplish this, i am using access 2003
