Scroll Speed

Hi Rico

you can try holding down the shift key while scrolling down the screen as
this seems to sometimes work but the easiest way i've found is to click on
the first item you want, use the scroll bar on the right hand side so that
you can see the last item you want, hold down your SHIFT key and click on
the last item ...

How can I slow down the scroll speed when trying to
highlight more rows than appear on a single screen. It
moves way too fast (must be a bug -- feature?).

The best way is to use the shift key like Julie said, but
instead of clicking on the last item. Use the down arrow
on the keyboard while holding the shift at the same time.
