Scrolling Multiple Worksheets

I have one worksheet and have made 2 separate windows so I
can see 2 tabs at once - each side by side. Is it
possible to scroll down one worksheet and have the other
worksheet scroll at the same rate also? Sort of like
a 'group scroll'? This way I don't have to go back and
forth between the worksheets to scroll down.

Simple answer is NO.

With excel 2003 there is an option called "compare side by side with book x"
that will do this.
This was introduced with 2003 and is not available on earlier versions
