Scrolling repeats text in Office apps

I have a user that, in Word, Outlook and Excel 2003, when he scrolls, the
data section (not the toolbars, etc.) will start repeating the lines, all
mixed up on top of each other, but the "frame" of the application will remain
ok. The guy got a new computer, but that didn't fix the problem. Any ideas?

Try upgrading his video driver. Sounds like that's probably the
problem. You can try tuning down his hardware accelerator to see if
that helps take some of the stress off his current driver???
