Each time any of the users on my exchange system searches for a message
within Outlook XP, the search dialog box begins searching at a specific date
(March 3rd, 2003) and find all messages before that point....once it
finishes searching backward in time, it restarts at the current date.
Several of my users have complained about this, and I'd like to figure out

a) what's causing the search feature to begin at a specific date and work
backwards

b) if I can alter the search feature to start from the most recent date and
work backwards instead.
