Search folder to find all mail send from and to a given domain

I know that it is possible to define a search folder in Outlook 2003 that can
find all mail from and to specific people (of the form "(e-mail address removed)").

I would like to find a way to define a search folder that can find all mail
send from and to a given domain (of the form @domain.ext).

I can define a search folder that looks for a string of characters (such as
@domain.ext) in the frequently used fields, but this does not always work
because Outlook does not always display the actual e-mail address in the from
or to fields – it may only list a user’s display name (such as John Smith).

Question – is there any way to define a search folder that can find all mail
sent from and to a specific domain (of the form @domain.ext)?

Any assistance would be appreciated…
