Searching for duplicates

I have a spreadsheet that has about 900 contact names and related information
(title, address, email). I wanted to find out if there was any way to search
for duplicates in the worksheet? Do I need to create a macro or is there
somewhere on the taskbar that I can accomplish this? Any help is appreciated.
