Searching the GAL

In the new email form, when you start typing a name (ABC
for example) in the "To." box and use the "Check Names"
button, the search will return all users with a "First
Name" or "Last Name" that starts with "ABC" (in my
example).

Is it possible to configure outlook so that the search
returns all users with a display name that contains "ABC"

Please note that the search is done in the Global Address
List.
