Is there anyway to make a theme a "default" theme for all outgoing emails?

Asking the same question more than once does not significantly increate your
chances of receiving an answer. Ask once and wait patiently.

I am the only user of the machine. Just would like to have a theme that
defaults rather than manually selecting it with every email I send.

If I wanted to do this, I'd modify the Word template used for creating a
document.
