Securing MS Access Database

Hello,
I have a MS Access database that is stored among the other files of my web
site in Htdocs folder on the hosting server (Windows Shared Hosting). Since
it holds sensitive data, I wold like to protect it and at the same time
allow an anonymous user to insert a new record.
I have considered the following: User Level Protection; Moving fpdb file to
a separate sub-web.
Please advise.
Thank you.

Keep the web in a folder that does not have Read Web Server permission. If
you used FrontPage to create it, it should already be in one. Check to make
sure.

Not necessary. If the file is inaccessible, there is no need to password
protect it. If it IS accessible, there is a serious security hole on the web
server. And that's a different issue altogether.
