Select Account When Open Outlook

I have just set up a 2nd account on my laptop. Now, when I open up the
account, I do not get prompted to select to choose "Opening Acct 1" vs.
"Opening Account 2".

I have had this account selection dialog box set up on anther PC but I can't
remember what those settings were.

Does anyone have some advice?

look in control panel, mail applet and check the profile properties
(depending on your version, it may be access using a Show Profiles button)
