Select slide to show, using multiple screens

I just realised that it is possible to show the presentation on one
screen, while browsing the slideshow on another. However, is there a
way to make the presentation (on monitor 2) jump to the slide, that I
have selected on monitor 1, without interupting the presentation?

BTW: I also found out, that the shortcut to continue from the selected
slide is Shift-F5. But this requires that you interupt the show.
