Selecting and printing

I have a section about 30 rows long and 4 columns wide.
These cells are color coded and 3 of the 4 columns are
calculated cells. How can I have my user capture an image
of this section, expand the font size, then print without
color? Thanx!!!

Paste it into Word as a picture, resize it, and print to a printer setup
that's designed to only print black and white?
**** Hope it helps! ****

Try the following.

Use your mouse to select the area to be printed. If you have areas that are
not adjacent, select one area then press CTRL while selecting the other
areas. Then File, Print Area and choose Select.

Then File, Page Setup. On the first tab you have an adjustment for scaling
or you could choose to fit to page. You have other print options on this
and other tabs. You can use the Preview button to check your work.

With my printer, I can click the Options button and then the Color tab and
choose to print in gray scale.

What you do here will be saved with the work sheet when you save and close.
File, Print Area and Clear will clear the print area selected but not the
page setup. If you do not want the changes saved, close without saving your
changes.

Hope this gets you started.
