Selecting multple pages

I have a very large word document, several hundred pages. I need to select
groups of pages (ie page 45-87) copy and paste them into other document. I
don't want to use the mouse to move and selects 30 to 50 pages at a time.

Even though this isn't a perfect way, it certainly is quick and painless:

1. Open your document, double-click on the "GoTo" page numbering on the
bottom Status bar (probably says 1 of 200).

2. Type "45" and press ENTER. Make sure your mouse is where you want to
start the selection.

3. Grab the scroll button on the right scroll bar with your mouse and drag
down to page 87 (page numbering shows as you drag quickly down).

4. Release your mouse when you are at the location.

5. Hold down the SHIFT key and click your mouse.

Everything in between pages 45 and 87 will be selected. Like I said, not
perfect, but much faster than holding your mouse and trying to scroll down
the selection!
