Selecting people in the address book

Nick Incardona

Hi-

I recently purchsed an HP ipaq and the instructions said
it would be best to upgrade to Outlook 2002. Upon doing
this my contacts got messed up. I have figured out to
list my contacts on a last-name first basis, but now I'm
having trouble sending e-mails

Here's the problem. When I click the "TO" button on a
new mail message, Outlook brings up my contacts, however
it lists lots of information about each contact, making
it cumbersome to select recipients of intended e-mail.
For example, it may list 2-3 e-mail addresses, a fax #,
work # for EACH contact. Naturally the window is small,
so I have to scroll to the right to view each selection.
Quite a pain.

Is there a way to view only certain fields? How about
setting default e-mail address (like I did in Outlook
2000)?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Nick
