I am on outlook 2000 with win98 system.
One of my contacts requires to receive his emails in RTF, how can I set up

Thanks for help!

Double-click on the contact to display its properties, then double-click on
the "E-mail" field containing the address. In the "Internet Format" box,
select "Send using Outlook Rich Text Format" from the drop-down. Click OK,
then "Save and Close".

Hi Brian,

It works fine in my home computer. But at work, I followed the steps,
double-click onthe "E-mail" field containing the address, the Internet
Format box did not show up. I can only see a check box beside "send using
plain text" under th email box.

We are using the outlook 2000.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Check the mode of Outlook 2000. Perhaps one is "Internet Mode Only" and one
is "Corporate/Workgroup". Help>About Microsoft Outlook will tell you. That
would certainly explain the difference.
