Send and receive E-mail thru Outlook Express 6.0

[Send/Receive thru Outlook Express]

I would like to send and receive E-mail from outlook express. I would like
to select a group of record with E-mail addresses create an E-mail message
and send the subject and message to the selected users. Any suggestions?

I would also, like to keep track of these messages connecting them to the
record it was sent to and I would like to receive their responses and connect
them to the appropiate record. Any suggestions?
