Send and Receive when using Dial-Up To Exchanger server

Some users at my workplace recently conplains that they do
not send/receive mail automatically any more unless they
press f9 to force a manual Send/Receive. The os's are XP
Pro, and 2000/outlokk is XP and 2000 as well. The mail
server is MS Exchanhe.

Help, help, help please!
