how do i see the slide show or other finished progect with out launching the editing features. i want to see exactly the as if
it was sent to some one else. is there a way to send yousef the presentation and view it as if it was created by some one other than your self.

Hello Russ,

I believe what you are asking is 'how do I make a presentation open in show
mode vs. edit mode?' The answer is very simple. Do a Save As and select
PowerPoint Show from the drop down menu. This will give your presentation
the .pps extension. Now when you open the presentation it automatically
opens as a show.
