Send as someone else

Hey Group,

Is there a way to give someone in our company FULL access to another user's
Email, including rights to send messages as them (lets say, to clients)
while still allowing the user themselves full access. Right now, after
giving owner rights, they are unable to send Email without it coming up with
a 'Sent on behalf of' addition.

In addition, they cannot create Emails then save them into the other user's
draft folder, but rather have to save it to theirs, then move it over.

This would be used in some lawyer/assistant situations where the lawyer
essentially wants their assistant to send Emails out for them.
