SEND MAIL BUT NEVER REACHES!

everything used to work fine. now ive been sending mail.
nobody has been recieving it. i dont get an error
message, i can RECEIVE mail perectly, sent mail is in
italic in my 'OUTBOX' sent folder.
i just can send email from outlook express that will
reach anyone. please help.
