send outgoing to draft - not outbox ?

Running OL 2000

Can I set up a rule to reply with a template email when I receive a specific
message subject ( all ready set up & running ok ) but...instead of sending
the reply....have the outbound message sent to my Draft folder...not the
Outbox..so I can slightly modify various messages if I need to before they
are automatically sent on ?

I am set up to check ,mail every 30 minutes...but I would prefer not to
change this to manual if I can get a rule to work sending auto replies to my
Draft box instead of the Outbox
