I have Windows Home XP with Outlook 2002. I set my email
default account as Outlook in conjunction with Earthlink.
With the help of Earthlink I input all the Earthlink
information and it tested okay. However 2 problems exist:
1. Outlook isn't receiving/retrieving emails that I amd
getting in my Earthlink Web Mail (I've set the
send/receive function to receive on opening Outlook and
every 5 minutes).
2. I can successfully send emails from Outlook, but the
pop up indicating the message was sent doesn't come up and
the message doesn't go into my Out or Sent Folders.
Earthlink says I've done everything right from their side,
and that I must have a problem with Outlook.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
