send/recieve all

At work I do not have to use the send/recieve button at all. As soon a
new mail comes through, i get it. I just tried setting up outlook a
home, and now I have to send/recieve. How can I change it to the way
have it at work

Set your connection to LAN and tick the boxes to send immediately when
connected and also set your automatic polling interval.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
