I got a problem that when a user using word 2000, they can open word file and
click "File>>Send to >>mail recipient" to send the email through MS outlook
2000. Word file content can be showed in the outlook content and the same
file will be attached.
But when the user upgrade to Office XP/2003, they can only send mail as word
file content showed in email content, but no attachment (the word file). If
I click the file attchment icon ("paper clip" icon) and hope to attach the
same word file. Error message "Word cannot insert a file into itself" is
shown.
How can I send the mail as in Office2000 ---- show word content and attach
