Send to only shows "fax recipient"

I had to reinstall Office 97, and under File, in
the "Send to" box, there is only "fax recipient." How do
I add "mail recipient" and other folders?

Do you have a default mail client installed? Is it Outlook? If yes, what
version of Outlook?
