Sender must be in address book

I currently use a standard "Sender Must be in Address Book" rule to filter all incoming mail in Outlook 2002. If the Sender is not in my address book, the rule moves the incoming mail piece to my Junk mail directory. Although this rule works, there are two singnificant problems. First, the rule seems to check the name and not the Email address therefore, mail from someone who uses a different name than the one in my address book is still moved to the Junk directory even though their Email address matches one in my address book. Second, the rule does not cache the address book and re-reads the entire address book for each EMail that is received. Therefore, it might take 5 seconds per Email to receive mail even though I have a cable modem. Any suggesstions to resolve these problems would be appreciated.
