Sending a page as a message

I'm trying to send a publication as a message, and when sent from one
computer, it is always received as plain text. When sent from a different
computer it sends ok. The email client is Outlook 2003, default format is
html.

Creating a new document and sending it in the same manner works fine on the
computer that doesn't send the message in question.

Can someone point me in a direction to look.

It is all users and only when one document is sent from one computer. When
the same document, shared over a network is sent from a different computer it
sends ok to all of the intended receipients.

When the one computer sends a different document, using the exact same steps
as sending the one that doesn't go right, the new document sends ok.

Look at your Options in Outlook, it could be this one user has HTML disabled when
sending.

From the computer that won't send this one document called golf:

I can create a simple publication and send it to user A and it works fine.
The one publication in question can be sent only to user A and be received as
plain text. The preview is ok.

On a computer that will send the document golf:

I can send it to user A without a problem.

The problem is just the golf document being sent from one computer.

There has to be something within the golf publication and the senders
computer that is causing it to be sent out as plain text on the bad computer,
and yet allowing the document to be sent correctly on any other computer.

Is the email being forwarded from user A? Is user A sending the publication from
their local files rather than from a network?
Is this user using Outlook or Outlook Express? What are the security settings?
